You've obtained the pre-approval letter from the bank and are ready to talk to a builder.
​Start by filling out the form. This information will help us understand the basic requirements for your new home.

Meeting(s).

Builder will get an email from you with information from the form. He'll respond and ask for a meeting. 
During our first meeting we'll discuss options, budget, process and you can ask questions. Additional meeting may be scheduled.

We Build.

You've chosen Emanation Homes to build your dream home. The builder will provide a contract, blue prints, help with lot if needed and the build begins.
